ALL ABOUT: LED Facial Massage

What is an LED Facial Massage appointment?

Think a regular facial with special with focus on the massage of the face muscles, and including an LED face mask. The LED lights target various skin concerns at a cellular level, while the massage improves circulation, reduces puffiness, and promotes relaxation.

No. Laser therapy is more intense, penetrating deeply and requiring downtime, whereas LED therapy is gentle, non-invasive, and safe for regular use.

Similar to any of my face specific services, I recommend coming in with no make up on your face or heavy moisturizers.

LED facial massage therapy is known for:

  • Reducing wrinkles & fine lines

  • Boosting collagen production

  • Improving acne & blemishes

  • Reducing redness & inflammation

  • Enhancing skin tone & texture

  • Promoting healing and relaxation

  1. Cleansing: I actually prefer to do a double cleanse to make sure your face is clean.

  2. Rinse: Gotta make sure your skin is fresh for the next step.

  3. Facial massage: Truly one of the best parts if you ask me!

  4. Toner application: Helps prep the skin for the LED portion.

  5. LED light mask application: You & I will go over your skin goals to decide which light therapy is best for you. While the mask is on you will enjoy a luxurious arm massage.

  6. Moisturizer: This will lock in hydration, soothe the skin, and enhance results.

  7. Face oil application: A second facial massage will happen here too!

For the best, and most refreshed skin, I recommend coming in 2-3 days before your event.

Nope, LED light therapy is completely painless.

Nope, LED light therapy is gentle and non-irritating.

Give or take about 45 minutes.

Truly every body is different! Most people see results anywhere between 5-8 appointments. Should you want to book a package of appointments, please discuss with me and we can come up with a treatment plan together.

You bet! LED Facial Massage can help men with acne, razor bumps, wrinkles, and more!

It definitely can be, yup!
