ABOUT ME:

    HEY THERE FRIEND!

    My name is Casey Litzenberger (Abello) and I'm the women behind Casey's Massage Therapy here in Regina, Saskatchewan. I grew up in the south end of Regina. I went to Miller Comprehensive High School, where I graduated from in 2012. After working in office settings for just a couple years, I was ready to make the leap to go back to school. It's kind of crazy, because massage therapy is something I have always wanted to do, so when I realized Regina had a massage college, I was sold. For two years I worked extremely hard in my studies as well as keeping up with the required amount of client files, which I ended up surpassing both years.

    After I graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2016, I dove straight into private practice where my main goal has always been to customize your appointment to your very specific needs, and to heal your body and mind, one appointment at a time. I'm constantly growing and evolving my practice as I go through different continuing education course. I am registered with the National Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC.) I would be honoured to assist you in your journey to a better you. In addition, I am able to develop a customized program that deals with your health and lifestyle concerns.  I also have a number of other health care professionals that I work with and refer to with great confidence. So when you choose me, you get an entire team of support.
