ALL ABOUT: Cold Stone Therapy

What in the world is, cold stone therapy?

Cold stone massage uses smooth, chilled stones (mine are marble) to massage and soothe the body. The coolness of the stones helps reduce inflammation, muscle soreness, and tension, offering a refreshing contrast to the more common hot stone massage.

How does a cold stone massage work?

During a cold stone massage, I will apply the chilled stones to areas of the body that are inflamed, sore, or swollen. The cold stones help to constrict blood vessels, reducing inflammation and promoting circulation. This process can aid in muscle recovery and provide a calming, cooling effect.
