Fall Newsletter:

Comfy sweaters, soup simmering in the slow-cooker, thick socks, trying out new teas, or trying out a new recipe or two. Gone are the days preoccupied at the beach and in are the days of staying indoors. Feelings of the weather aside, fall is a great season that helps a realize its a time to slow down. As going for walks around Wascana turn to walks around the neighbourhood, we're allowed this time to rest before the business of Thanksgiving & Christmas hit.

Throughout this strange period of not spending all of time outside and not quite spending all of your time isnide, I encourage you to focus on yourself and what means the most to you and your family. Remember you are in charge of your own life, if you need to take a little break here and there, go for it! Just remember to do what helps you and your loved ones feel good as opposed to doing things that are a little less desirable. But of course, some of those less desirable things do need to get done.

Remember fall is a great time to relax before the holidays get going, and it's a great time to enjoy time with those you love most!
