As the dreaded winter season in Saskatchewan seems to be in full swing, I want to note some winter massage therapy issues.
Sickness: If you come down with cold or flu-like symptoms in the day before your massage appointment and you believe you may be contagious, please call and reschedule your appointment. I will waive the cancellation policy that asks you to be responsible for the appointment fee. If you come to your appointment and you are contagious, you could be possibly pass your cold, flu, etc. on to me and my other clients. Stay home, stay warm, rest and drink fluids! Dangerous roads: Now I know some of you come in from out of town so this especially important for you folk. If in the hours leading up to your appointment, you hear the highway is a little dicey, please call the office to reschedule your appointment. I would rather you stay home and safe than to try and take on a potentially dangerous situation. Again, I will waive the fee.

General:
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please give me as much notice as possible. Quite often, I have a wait list of people who would enjoy to take an appointment time you can't make it to. The sooner you can let me know, the better. It's difficult for me to fill an appointment time if you call only an hour before.
