1. Appointment Scheduling Policy:

  • Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability.

  • Same-day appointments may be accommodated based on therapist availability.A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee

2. Payment Policy:

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and e-transfer.

  • Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service and are non-refundable.

3. Late Arrival Policy:

  • Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments to receive the full session duration.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

  • A cancellation fee equivalent to the full appointment time may be charged for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or for no-shows.

  • Repeat offenders will be required to prepay for future appointments or forfeit the ability to schedule appointments.

5. Health and Safety Policy:

  • Clients are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect their massage therapy session.

  • The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if the client's health or safety is at risk.

  • All equipment and surfaces are sanitized and disinfected between appointments to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

6. Confidentiality Policy:

  • Client confidentiality is respected and maintained at all times.Personal information shared during consultations or sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.

7. Professional Conduct Policy:

  • Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during sessions.Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual advances, harassment, or aggression, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service.

8. Scope of Practice Policy:

  • Massage therapists are trained and certified in specific massage techniques and modalities.

  • Services provided are within the scope of practice for massage therapy, and therapists will not perform services outside their area of expertise.

9. Feedback and Complaints Policy:

  • Clients are encouraged to provide feedback on their massage therapy experience to help improve our services.

  • Any complaints or concerns should be addressed promptly and respectfully to the Casey.

10. Minors Policy:

  • Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during their first massage therapy session.

  • Parental consent is required for minors to receive massage therapy services.
